A bachelor/Master/Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical, life sciences and medicine, MBA background would be a plus; Minimum ten years' working experiences, of which 8 years with MNC pharmaceutical/ medical device companies in the commercial and/or operations and/or compliance function (e.g. sales and marketing, channel management, supply chain, internal audit) and in a management role; Three to five years' consulting experiences (either an internal consultant or an external consultant); Possess good understanding of regulatory requirements/regulatory trends in the pharmaceutical industry (Chinese healthcare reform, GMP, GSP...etc.); Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results; Solid financial acumen, business analysis and diagnosis skills; Strong executive level relationship building skills; Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral in both Chinese and English) and facilitate complex discussions; and Fluency in English and Mandarin.
