Senior Pensions Operations Change Analyst We're hiring! * * Aon are currently recruiting a Senior Pensions Operations Change Analyst to join our team in Birmingham.The Operations Change team deliver change projects for existing clients. Working in partnership with other Outsourcing departments, Aon Retirement Practice and external parties (including third party providers of administration services), the Senior Pensions Operations Change Analyst is responsible for the delivery of project change work, following defined procedures and processes. About the Role Your impact as a Senior Pensions Operations Change Analyst: You will be a Subject Matter Expert for processes, clients, systems and tools and being proficient in processing and checking Monitor current projects Manage the workload in line with SLAs through the ability to organize, prioritize and make effective workload allocation decisions Produce and analyze reports as required for internal and external clients and requirements Investigate background to cases by reference to archived files and system data Identify issues with processes handled in teams and drive a process to find and implement solutions Implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery Increase the level of project based knowledge and drive continuous improvement in all areas of processing Write and maintain knowledge documents, keeping them up to date and incorporate changes to legislation Share best practice with colleagues through process and tool training Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you Your knowledge and expertise: Demonstrative experience within third party pensions administration Both high-level and detailed analysis/reconciliation of data largely using MS Excel Understanding of technical pensions and scheme benefits Methodical approach to work and working in a project environment Team player, who is able to work to tight deadlines Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
