Job Description Are you adaptable and forward thinking with a strong Finance background? Do you enjoy partnering with Senior Leaders and influencing key business decisions? We are looking for a Director of Financial Operations to become a trusted business partner to our Executive Leadership Team supporting our business across EMEA. Working with customers and clients, day to day you will produce detailed financial reports and management accounts across several different areas of the business and communicate your findings to the wider business. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing Commercial Business Partners and a Contract and Compliance team. This is not a role where you will just be 'churning numbers'- you will be looking at the bigger picture and providing thought leadership that will influence the AGS business strategy and initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Director of Financial Operations, you will lead the overall commercial, financial, and legal aspects of Financial Operations. In this role you could be based either in our office in London or Bracknell. The role will include frequent travel between our various sites. Qualifications A strong financial background will be highly beneficial in this role, and if you are also a key influencer who can adapt well to change you could be just what we're looking for.
