Job Description
The EMEAI & APAC IFM Director is responsible for delivering end to end facilities management services for the IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) managed property portfolio. This will be accomplished by deploying a common framework of policies and procedures that ensure workplaces are safe, secure and productive for employees and visitors alike. The IFM Director is also responsible for developing and executing sustainability initiatives to reduce Honeywell's environmental footprint including such elements as GHG emissions, water and waste. Facilities services will be delivered through a combination of co-sourcing with our chosen IFM partner(s) and an internal FM team Key Responsibilities * Deploy the facilities IFM platform across the EMEAI & APAC region, ensuring standard processes and procedures are consistently deployed. * Oversee IFM contract administration both in terms of contract fulfilment as per the MSA and partnering with procurement with respect to ongoing renegotiations and or change controls * Ensure key metrics are in place, measured and meeting expectations * Work with finance teams and business leadership to develop the EMEAI & APAC regions AOP (annual operating plan). Provide transparent financial tracking and reporting ensuring budget goals & commitments are met. * Perform monthly status reviews of budget vs. actual by facility (or other practical segments), identifying significant variances and as necessary, ensure corrective actions are identified, implemented and tracked. * Drive continuous improvements in service levels, operating costs, energy & sustainability, quality and safety. * Continually assess Hard/Soft services indirect spend to ensure service levels and cost efficiency targets are met. Establish program & project rigor with aim of driving all facility services indirect spend through the preferred supplier base. * Lead the integration of facility initiatives across the EMEAI & APAC region, ensuring FM resources align with and meet business needs. * Responsible for periodic engagement of regional business leaders to review facilities service levels (VOC) and develop action plans with intent to drive continuous improvement * In close partnership with Global Real Estate, oversee and/or lead site requirements gathering process & collaborate to evaluate real estate scenarios with aim to balance operational and economical objectives for strategy recommendation. * Accountable for (or support) facilities project delivery under direct control or delivered through the preferred outsourced partner (s) across the EMEAI & APAC region * Interact closely with the finance community to insure all cost benefits are validated, recognized and incorporated into all operating cost reports and capital plans. Provide required information to senior leadership in a concise and timely manner for the development of capital plans and AOP development. * Ensure Honeywell Workplace Standards are deployed across the EMEA region and sustained in line with global polices & procedures.
