Job Description

**Role Summary:** BHGE (Druck Ltd) Aerospace pressure sensors are adopted across the globe used across all commercial airframes, so whether you have made a short flight within country utilising a regional jet or a long haul (Trans-Atlantic) utilising a large twin aisle aircraft, you would have flown with Druck pressure sensors on-board. **Essential Responsibilities:** As a Post Graduate, you will be expected to use your own initiative to close out the tasks through close working with the cross functional team. You will work together with the dedicated team from within the business unit under guidance from the Aerospace Business Leader, to drive closure to senior level requests. It is expected that the individual will use their own initiatives to improve current practices and drive others to close their actions. Essential Functions (Opportunities): A good communicator, both written and Oral, able to communicate at all levels. Able to prioritise their own work and that of others. Has a genuine interest in the Aerospace Industry. Is technically capable of understanding key design features of our products. Is a self-starter, able to work both within a team and by self. Good use of Excel and Office suite, able to prepare good presentations. Expectations of the scope of this role would include: o Pricing updates - driving increases and maintaining price file. o Managing Last Time Buy / Obsolescence notices o Cost studies to verify new product opportunities are costed accurately. o Driving cost reduction exercises - DMP / MCTO o Forecast updates and flow down to prod / planning teams o Prioritising and driving cost of quality improvements o Consolidating Orders and Sales projections through GSP period o Help formulate a KPI scorecard for Pillar o Update the product portfolio capability master **Qualifications/Requirements:** Good written and verbal communication skills. Degree or equivalent in Business Management or relevant discipline. Able to influence others and use soft skills to win support. Willing to drive others to be accountable for closure to task - say / do ratio.
