Job Description

Purpose Responsible for supporting the strategic marketing plans for RBC l&TS in Europe to help increase brand awareness amongst the target audience, drive qualified leads to the business and retain existing client relationships. Supports the implementation of associated l&TS marketing campaigns leveraging all appropriate channels available. What will you do? Regional Europe * Supports the Associate Director, Marketing & Brand and European business leaders to; proactively research, plan, develop and execute relevant in-country and regional marketing strategies to promote RBC l&TS across Europe to support client/employee retention and acquisition * Builds and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic marketing advice and counsel to client coverage leaders across Europe * Supports the planning and execution of sponsorships, conferences, events, surveys/awards, and other initiatives as and when appropriate Product * Supports execution of global RBC I&TS marketing campaigns including product promotions, regulatory initiatives and thought leadership * Leveraging the global Marketing & Brand team, implements marketing, brand building across a range of channels including: advertising, content marketing, collateral development, social media, direct communications, other digital channels * Working with the Associate Director, Marketing & Brand, delivers strategic marketing advice and counsel to product in support of helping to meet local business and brand awareness objectives. * Provides support to the wider marketing team on campaigns and projects. Social & Digital Working with wider marketing team * Lead the RBC I&TS social media programme - responsible for coordinating, monitoring, reporting on LinkedIn and Twitter performance, maintaining content library including creating posts, maintaining Hearsay Social platform, training users and maintain policy documents. * Support the 'Always On' content strategy working with Content Director * Create posts for Sprinkler * Support the implementation and utilization of marketing automation tool across the business Collateral * Support the Associate Director, Marketing & Brand in managing the distribution of e-newsletters. * Responsible for execution and reporting of analytics * Creating and distribution of quarterly fact sheets Citizenship * Provide support for citizenship initiatives in the UK and across Europe * Support Associate Director, Marketing & Brand to liaise with local CSR committees across Europe Admin * Compiling regular marketing emails (monthly and ad-hoc) * Management of the online I&TS marketing centre What do you need to succeed? Must-have * Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or Business * Experience in the marketing of professional services ideally with an understanding and curiosity of financial services * Support in the production and distribution of content and digital marketing * Evidence of delivering effective marketing activity in previous roles * Confidence of influencing and presenting to senior management across multiple geographies and cultures What's in it for you?
