Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism General Tax Consulting Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary PwC prides itself on its motivated team of Company Accounting and Administration Service specialists dedicated to providing high quality services to a client base consisting of organizations varying from top-tier multinationals to medium and smaller sized enterprises operating in various industries. As an Associate you will form part of a team and your responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Dealing with a portfolio of clients and acting as a liaison and point of contact for matters relating to the portfolio; * Assisting clients in administering their structures; * Taking care of the day-to-day corporate administration and operations of the portfolio and following up with third parties; * Keeping company books and preparing periodic reports; * Preparing statutory financial statements and maintaining contact with auditors when applicable; * Ensuring the portfolio complies with statutory requirements; * Attend to client's queries in a timely manner and ensure that the best level of service is offered to clients; * Ensure compliance with internal systems, procedures and processes. What we are looking for: * Must have an ACCA qualification / University degree in Accountancy; * Candidates with previous work experience in a similar role will be given priority; * Flexibility to work from clients' premises if required; * Strong interpersonal & communication skills; * An ability to work hard and deliver assignments on time; * Versatility and flexibility; * Team player; * An interest in acquiring exposure to various disciplines; * Willing to learn and be open to new challenges.
