In keeping with this we are looking for a Senior Manager/ Manager to join our Hong Kong Graduate Recruitment Team, who is passionate about delivering quality and best practice in an exciting market. Campaign Responsibilities You will be responsible for the strategic thinking and successes of campus events and engagements so knowledge of this marketplace will need to be up to date. Maintaining key external relationships as well as building new leads will always be important in the role. This role also requires to plan, lead and closely monitor the implementation of national campus recruitment processes in Shenzhen. Here you will also have budget management responsibilities as well as ensuring there is alignment of national attraction and early identification strategies to Business needs- commissioning relevant initiatives, evolving priorities, challenging specialist requirements and focusing on value added quality, to shape the best future landscape of the workforce for PwC. Job Description & Responsibilities: Candidates/applicants Management At this level you will be accountable for designated pipeline management with your team. At PwC always strive for the most effective and efficient recruitment processing and candidate experience, through forward thinking pipeline management. This is not withstanding protecting the PwC brand in the market. Coaching and Team Management The role will also include having to own performance management within the campus recruitment team, with more junior grades and the wider team communities associated with Campus Recruitment. Provide proper coaching and guidance to the team and work with the team in strategy planning and execution. Internal stakeholder Management At management level you are required to collectively own strategies with the Function, HC and Business Leaders. The role will involve a high level of interaction with Line of Service Partners, Human Capital Leaders, and Operations by means of relationship management and also reporting accordingly on recruiting progresses. By means of broadening development and leveraging network knowledge, Management will also need to hold relationships with international colleagues to share best practice and bring the best of the firm for local development. This will also include creating and leading on local/ national/ international projects. Reporting structure & key relationships: * Reporting to the South Campus Recruitment Senior Manager * Work closely with business and BP to manage Campus Recruitment process * Work with Campaign team in the campaign strategy and activities * Work with the CR team managers in other locations to share practices and align in the CR strategy and approach; work together on different national projects * Lead the SZ CR team and develop them in delivering the best campusrecruitment strategies Requirements: * At least 7 years recruitment / HR experience * Experience in a sizable multinational organisation preferred * Degree background in Business/ Marketing/ HR preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese * Experience with stakeholder management at all levels and demonstrates strong organization skills (Executive level engagement experience preferred for Senior Manager) * Experience with Employer Branding is preferred * Some appropriate understanding of relevant employment legislation would be beneficial * Experience dealing with and sourcing new external HR market leads * Ability to understand campus recruitment psychometric/assessment tools * Flexible and able to perform under pressure * Experience of managing dynamic teams * Strong team working ethics but also able to work autonomously * Recruitment analytics skills for reporting will be beneficial * Experience with recrui
