Client Management Director **We're hiring! We are looking for a Client Management Director to join our team in****Reading****.** Role Purpose/Summary: Responsible for driving profitable growth through the provision of Aon services to clients in their Area, through a dedicated team of Client Managers. Responsible for identifying Client risk needs and utilising the best of Aon's wider offering to design and deliver a profitable Scope of Services Agreement within their own portfolio Act as the senior contact between the client and Aon and in some instances, will fulfil the senior liaison role for a number of larger National clients. Key Accountabilities: Client Development, Management and Retention * Lead a dedicated team of client managers to achieve the annual revenue target for their group of clients by effectively implementing the client management strategy and annual plans, including Client Promise. * Manage the performance delivered by that dedicated team and ensure the overall profitable growth of revenue of their clients. * Drive the highest level of service to each Client, within area of responsibility, in line with the agreed client service tools * Lead the Client Management team to act as the Client's advocate and guide within Aon ensuring products and services are identified and introduced, to meet the needs of Clients * Act as senior relationship manager for designated clients co-ordinating client relationship management across the whole of Aon. Build senior level relationships within their Clients. People Management * Lead a team of Client Managers through coaching, development and performance management, ensuring completed objectives with supporting personal development plans in place. * Ensure all team members attend relevant personal development courses in line with their role. * Develop and support team members in the achievement of their objectives through coaching and mentoring. * Attract, develop and retain talented individuals in line with business plans * Develop and maintain succession plans for key roles within the region. * Work with the National leadership team to develop a working environment where people are positive, motivated and enthusiastic, improving key 'cultural' characteristics of the overall business: enthusiasm, client focus, innovation, accountability Wider development contribution * Contribute to the development of strategy through the Area leadership team * Liaising with the Operations Manager and Client Service Manager(s), ensure effective working relationships between the Client Management teams and the Client Service teams, so that together they drive revenue and profit growth * Where the CMD is the senior manager on site: Provide leadership across all ARS teams instilling a culture of teamwork, effective communications and professionalism. Act as the Aon point of contact in the local market place Compliance with regulatory requirements and business procedures * Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company * Promote all compliance related requirements throughout the Area and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Ensure all agreed practices and tools are actively and consistently applied. * Working with the Operations Manager, take responsibility for ensuring staff awareness and conformances to all compliance related requirements for client management * Lead by example by ensuring own activity complies with regulatory requirements and business procedures Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
