Client Manager - Reading £45k - £50k Benefits Ambitious firm Are you an ACA or ACCA qualified Client Manager seeking a new position within an ambitious, growing firm? Do you have excellent client-facing skills and are looking for a new position managing a varied portfolio? Would you like the opportunity to network form early on, close to home in Reading? Due to on-going growth, there is a tremendous opportunity for an adaptable pro-active ACA/ACCA qualified Client Manager to join this influential and ambitious firm based in Reading. Whilst working with a variety of clients, you will be responsible for statutory accounts and corporation tax computation. The role of Client Manager consists of (but isn't limited to): Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax Computations Planning workflow including; chasing client records, planning timetables, conducting weekly meetings and identifying potential risks Controlling workflow of a team Reviewing the work of Juniors through to Assistant Managers WIP & Billing As Client Manager, you must have at strong track record of accounts preparation focused experience in an accountancy practice, and you will be managing a key client portfolio of agricultural & farming clients. You will use your analytical mind, strong technical skills and outstanding business acumen in order to identify areas of improvement. As a born leader, you will advise coach and support team members and you will strive to enhance efficiency by identifying the most cost-effective approach to the job, and ensuring this is communicated to all staff. As an entrepreneur, you will have the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness, and to add value with a focus on delivering high business development results. Using your superb interpersonal skills, as client manager you will set the firm apart from the rest by leaving a long lasting impression and gaining their trust, which will keep clients returning year after year due the professional and friendly reputation of the firm.
