As a Manager in one of Cognizant's most strategic, important and fastest-growing practices, the successful candidate must be able to integrate well and develop their leadership within a global matrixed organisation, working collaboratively in agile environments with subject matter experts and technologists to design and implement operating models which underpin our client's business models. Cognizant is seeking Digital Strategy advisory managers to join the Digital Strategy practice to accelerate the growth of Digital market share, primarily within (MLEU/Comms/Consumer Health or Consumer Goods) clients. We are seeking a candidate who will have a demonstrated track record in advising senior clients on how Digital can transform their business, operating and technology models. You should have a successful career record with a top-flight technology consulting firm and be looking to accelerate your career by joining a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization that wants to rapidly grow it's Digital Strategy Consulting services. You should have experience in advising clients in shaping and driving technology enabled business transformation through Digital strategies, new business and organizational models, innovation, technology investments and emerging technology trends. You should have experience in advising clients in shaping and driving technology enabled business transformation through Digital strategies, new business and organizational models, innovation, technology investments and emerging technology trends. Advisory experience should include areas such as: * Digital Strategy, Ideation and Governance * Digital Transformation design and execution * Customer experience management strategy * Business solution design * New digital business model development and organisational models * Enterprise and information architecture for Digital Transformation * Cloud Strategies, Cloud migration & Cloud enabled Business Models * Data and Analytics Strategy * Intelligent Automation * Workshop design & facilitation Key responsibilities will include: * Support the go-to-market strategies, proposition development and sales of Digital Strategy Consulting services across UK&I, primarily but not exclusively for clients, as a client advisor and accountability for building and growing the market share for Cognizant through leading assignment delivery * Contributing to and implementing the next stage of Cognizant's Digital Strategy vision and enablement plan with other leaders * Execute and deliver Digital Strategy engagements leading cross-functional teams from both domain, technology and business change expertise * Drive significant growth within the next 24 months through personal delivery and business development * Forge close relationships with client business leaders for Cognizant strategic engagements, anchor Digital Strategy Consulting connects * Present/speak at industry forums & events establish a robust marketing strategy, underpinned with market leading thought leadership to enhance Cognizant's position in the UK&I as a leading Digital Strategy consulting organization * Support the development of vital Digital Strategy capabilities with key succession planning and mentoring the next level of Digital Strategy leaders taking an active role in guiding their professional growth and development * Oversee the professional development of Digital Strategy staff, hiring and retaining qualified professionals as needed. Experience and skills required: * Minimum 10 years of experience at a leading Management Consulting and a demonstrated track record of success in advising and leading a practice area and/or a business unit * Experience in sales of services and track record of driving revenue growth in Digital Consulting. * Demonstrated track record in delivering high value customer transformation deals that include significant complexi
