Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Knowledge Management Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You'll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. Our Digital Learning team supports internal leaders by developing and implementing targeted learning materials. As part of the team, you'll help develop Digital Learning materials, multimedia classes and other interactive products that play an important role in the education of our people. Your work includes: * Develop, customise and troubleshoot elearning courses in applications including Articulate Studio, Storyline and Gomo. * Contribute to a collaborative course development environment, working closely with subject matter experts and course owners to understand the development needs. * Come up with ideas on visual presentations and interactive activities to engage learners in their elearning experience. * Research and recommend enhancements to learning technology and development methodology * Maintain elearning development documentation * Perform other learning and development duties as may be required We expect from you: * a Bachelor's degree in multimedia/web/interactive arts design and development * to possess a minimum one year experience in web/multimedia design and development from a commercial environment (Fresh graduate who demonstrates strong design and development skills will also be considered an Assistant Associate role) * to be skillful in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud products especially Illustrator and Dreamweaver * to be able to communicate fluently with our English and Putonghua speaking staff * to have a strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. * to able to juggle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines A definite plus if you have experience in any of the below: * designing and developing of elearning, online game, or mobile application * Articulate Studio, Storyline, Gomo * 3D/2D animations * HTML5 (XML, CSS, Javascript) * SCORM, AICC and xAPI standards * Learning management systems Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) English Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
