Job Description
What you will do The project coordinator will be in control of a specific contract as part of the servicing team, reporting to the service manager. As a member of this team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a high-level of exposure and influence. This role will be the point of contact for the client, ensuring that all aspects of the contract are adhered to. This will involve planning the offshore work schedule, working both with the client and the servicing team, ordering of equipment and components and providing reports as necessary. The project coordinator will be tasked to be a continuous improvement champion within the contract, this will involve smarter ideas and work practices, ensuring benefits to the company and the client. How you will do it As a project coordinator you will handle challenges well, make decisions and guide the team and the client, effectively manage change. You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills. You strive for knowledge and drive continual learning for yourself and the team. You also understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practice. What we look for Required Higher / A level qualified in a relevant discipline or. Experience in a coordinator / controller role. Preferred Experience of the oil industry Experience with SAP / Computer based inventory systems. Experience of cost control and budget management. Experience planning tasks and communication with clients.
