PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: * Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner. * Share and collaborate effectively with others. * Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements. * Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance. * Follow risk management and compliance procedures. * Keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area. * Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form. * Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the Network of PwC firms. * Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Key responsibilities: * Ensuring that all work deliverables are dealt with in line with the agreed terms and SLA's as agreed with the Stakeholders. * Strong relationship building skills. * Acting as a business advisors * Strong reporting skills in Excel, Power Point and well as MI analysis. * Flexibility with office timing and working days. * Evaluating, developing and implementing of metrics for Business clearly outlining the individual, team as well as overall all utilization. Provide work flow and reporting support to the management team on a timely basis. Proactively discuss with the stakeholders with the highs, lows as well as challenges to enhance and provide suggestions to efficiently manage the same. * Reporting and management of potential key issues in the business. * Managing work balance and planning for contingencies. Requirements: * At least 2 years' experience * Graduate /Post graduate in any stream * Attention to detail * Responsible for wok allocation as per skillset of teams, review capacity of teams as per headcount, suggest alternate resource modelling as per requirement, understand team dynamics and build relationships with each team. Learn the process and suggest for improvements as and when required.
