You will play a leading role, working with opportunity owners and the wider business in shaping customer requirements and developing our capture plans, win strategies and Price to Win. We use a Shipley-based process to guide capture and bid activity for key opportunities within the portfolio. This is a highly networked role, linking Business Winning with Business Delivery and requires an ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. This role will involve driving interaction with the sales team as well as all aspects of the business. You will be accountable for adherence to corporate governance, following and improving the scalable business winning process from formal opportunity select to contract award development & delivery to ensure success. To support this process, we use a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, SAP and MS Dynamics. Director of Bid and Programmes _Bid & Proposal Manager_ Bid Coordinator **The Person We Seek** Driven, adaptable, innovative, self-starter capable of quickly assimilating information from a range of sources and contributes towards providing high quality bid documents to our customers. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, with previous Bid Management experience in the defence sector, particularly Electronic Warfare and Cyber Security who is keen to make a difference by suggesting bid management improvements, implementing changes and progressing our business. **The Tech You'll Use** We use a Shipley-based process to guide capture and bid activity for key opportunities within the portfolio.
