Role Purpose We currently have an exciting opportunity for Facilities and Events Porterage Assistant in London. The Facilities and Events Porterage Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the onsite FM and Concierge team in addition to responding to customer requests for meeting and event set up. This opportunity would be ideally suited to a customer service focused individual with experience within a Facilities and Events related environment who would want to join a multinational fast paced environment. What this job involves * Management of pedestal keys/open & close pedestals * 1st line support for photocopies (paper refill, removal of paper jams, toner replacement) * Atrium set up (upon completion of 11th floor) * Minor furniture moves * Processing incoming and outgoing courier items * Meeting room checks and restock (pens, paper etc.) * Photocopier check and restock (paper) * Booking of courier services using the clients preferred suppliers * Collection of mail from the post office * Ordering and delivery of stationery to set points on the floors * Support to the onsite FM and Concierge team as instructed * Maintaining highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude * Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills Sound like you?
