Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Risk Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary We are looking for candidates at Manager level in the Consulting Risk practice. The Risk practice provides services to financial institutions for enhancing their credit risk management and/ or realising risk management innovation. The candidates are expected to play an important role in advising our clients on Credit Risk Management area, creating solutions for risk parameters (PD/ LGD/ EAD) estimation, risk parameters application, innovative solutions to practical credit risk management problems. You will be assisting Senior Managers or Directors on the following areas: Play as onsite Project Manager role for project deliveries, major tasks are business requirement analysis, index and report design, data modeling, dashboard, system function, data warehouse and ETL design, development, testing, training and deployment. Manage projects including scheduling, milestone, resource plan, finance, and other internal process. Manage client's expectation, requirements and changes. Manage pre-sales activities including interview, proposal, PoC and workshops. Requirements: Degree holder in statistics, financial engineering, mathematics, finance, economics, computer science, etc.. Quantitative background is preferable; At least five years' relevant experience for Manager level; Strong experience in leading and coaching the team to complete the model development task, including data cleaning, credit risk modelling (eg, PD/LGD/EAD estimation), risk parameters application, big data AI modelling and application is a plus; Good knowledge of Programming methods, leading and coaching the team to complete programming task using Python, SAS, VBA etc.; Solid understanding of credit risk management function in the context of a financial institution is required; Solid articulation, analytical and quantitative skills are an advantage for candidates with career focuses on risk measurement advisory services; Strong ability to understand customer needs and ability to innovate; Strong communication and writing skills; Willingness to travel for short to medium durations within the Greater China region; The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations; and Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
