The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the repair process of customer's vehicles for nominated insurance company account/s, overseeing each stage of the repair process from collection to completion and will liaise directly with internal staff to provide a superior customer experience. Main: * Full Time / Permanent Role * Pay Depends on Experience Skills and experience: * Able to manage staff * Must have some automotive background * Pro-active and customer focused * Well organised with an ability to multi-task * Ability to show "ownership" for workload * Attention to detail * Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines * Confident, positive telephone manner * Upbeat and friendly personality * IT literate * Knowledge of Advance Bookshop System is an advantage but not essential If you match the criteria above and want to join a successful growing company, we would love to hear from you.
