Our client is looking for Receptionists:



Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, visitors, and staff from diverse backgrounds

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule appointments

Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Provide accurate information regarding the institution's services and general inquiries.

Coordinate with other departments 

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic data.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and adhere to patient privacy regulations.
