Job Description
My client is a UK based boutique investment bank, focused on servicing the Public Company space, mainly listed on the Main and AIM lists of the London Stock Exchange. The team in London focuses on mid market corporates, advising their clients on a variety of transactions including M&A, IPOs, other fundraising, and general corporate advice. They are sector focused, covering all of the market, and they are still actively growing and with many opportunities for progression. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join an award winning team with a very strong deal flow, as well as the ability to grow and develop. * You can expect to originate and execute corporate finance transactions across the Tech space in the UK and Continental Europe. * You can expect to be involved in industry and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation analysis and financial modelling. * Be involved in the preparation and pitching of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community. Person Specification * Experience of working in mid market Tech corporate finance is desirable, although a strong, demonstrable interest in the sector could be OK. * Good understanding of the Rules and Regulations of the London Stock Exchange * Strong communication and presentation skills * Substantial experience of financial analysis, with a good overview of modelling and valuations * A qualified ACA is preferred * A strong record of academic achievement, excellent communication skills, and the drive and determination to excel.
