Job Description

As the Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the testing process, collaborating with the Scrum Master to ensure that the testing is efficient and delivered to the agreed standards as well as budget boundaries. Your objectives will be met through opportunity identification, assessment, design, development and implementation to leverage applications. The role: Test to business case, strategies & commercial levels agreed with provider Apply test review & static testing throughout life cycle & ensure good governance Collaborate closely with Scrum master/business SME, while mitigating business risk Ensure best practices & test principles to ensure cost-effective testing Undertake test executions, including leading business resources where required Raise & retest defects where required when deployed in test environment Provide effective communication between business users & Scrum Master for smooth delivery Manage in accordance within company's policies & procedures Skills & Experience needed: * Experienced working within the financial service industry * Proven history with many test analyst techniques and implementations * Understanding of creating, execution, scheduling & implementation of test scripts * Sound knowledge of drivers & distributors, and partners needs * In-depth knowledge of structures & systems within business * ISTQB qualification certification or equivalent * Waterfall, Agile, Extreme methodology experience across many projects * A sound experience working with Jira * Test tool experience such as Selenium * Experienced in suing defect management tool * A history deploying industry recognised test analysts' techniques Benefits: * Performance related bonus * Life insurance * Generous pension scheme * Private health care * Great holiday entitlement * Long-term career progression If you have the necessary skills set and would love the chance to deploy your experience within a rewarding environment one of the world's largest finance & insurance companies, then apply without delay.
