Job Description
Our Client is a top 50 firm of innovative and forward thinking Chartered Accountants - IFA's. They put a great emphasis on looking after their employees which contributes to a low turnover of staff. The opportunity is based within modern offices located a stone's throw from some of the City's most famous historical landmarks, with an array of shops and hotspots for lunch and after work socialising. There isn't a stuffy chesterfield in sight; think football tables, free fruit, light, airy and open plan with Partners sitting out amongst their teams and unparalleled CPD for a firm of its size. They are now looking for an experience Financial Planning Director who will take on an existing HNW client base (A Partner is retiring) . The average client FUM is c £2-3million. You will be assisted by an elite team of Paraplanners at client meetings and enjoy 1st class administrative support. You will also be required to manage and mentor the existing adviser team and help them to grow their client base and FUM. So we are looking for an Adviser with current or previous management experience. We are ideally looking for a Chartered Planner with 5-10 years of experience with the drive and ambition to become a full partner within the firm.
