Our Client is a top 50 firm of innovative and forward thinking Chartered Accountants - IFA's. They put a great emphasis on looking after their employees which contributes to a low turnover of staff. They are now looking for an experience Financial Planning Director who will take on an existing HNW client base (A Partner is retiring) . The average client FUM is c £2-3million. You will be assisted by an elite team of Paraplanners at client meetings and enjoy 1st class administrative support. You will also be required to manage and mentor the existing adviser team and help them to grow their client base and FUM. So we are looking for an Adviser with current or previous management experience. We are ideally looking for a Chartered Planner with 5-10 years of experience with the drive and ambition to become a full partner within the firm.
