DevOps Engineer...Birmingham... Permanent...up to 67K Digital Skills are pleased to be working with a large financial services institution, who require a DevOps Engineer to support the development of their next generation digital products, back-end capabilities to improve the quality of service. Your knowledge will help the development team create, embedded & evolved automated testing process within the development life cycle. The client have a house-hold name for excellence in the field of finance & insurance and going to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. This also includes promoting well-being and the long-term development for all their employees so that they are a credit to the company and themselves. There is also remote working Responsibilities: You will continually asses the deployment practices & working methods, while identifying areas of improvement. Promote code delivery and methods that support the delivery of products internally & externally. Deploy automating and managing cloud-based environments to ensure availability and security. Become a reliable bridge for the development and network infrastructure teams to enable delivery. Continually review and evaluate system architecture, suggesting improvements wherever possible. Ensure that the quality & documentation of delivered DevOps solutions are maintained and ensure that all stakeholders are dealt with fairly and in line with company policy.
