2 Sector Leads (Residential & Commercial and Healthcare) - Off-Site Contracting Location: UK & Ireland Package: £80,000 - £100,000 Salary, Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension, Health Insurance, Mobile Phone, Laptop 2 Sector Leads (Residential & Commercial and Healthcare) - Off-Site Contracting are required by our client to work across the UK & Ireland. They are looking for applicants with proven General Management experience, experience of Leading a Business/Large Team of people or of working at a Senior Level either with a Tier 1 Main Contracting company or a High End Modular Buildings company who typically operate on Projects ranging between £2,500,000 and £30,000,000 to work across the UK & Ireland. As a Sector Lead (Residential & Commercial and Healthcare) - Off-Site Contracting, you will be responsible for growing sales and turnover and you will be responsible for your own individual Business Sector. You will be judged and measured on health and safety performance, customer feedback, revenue growth, pipeline and overall, profit. The business predominantly sells to the Health, Education and Residential & Commercial sectors so experience of working within one or more of these markets would be advantageous. This role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be a very ambitious and forward-thinking individual. You will possess a Proven Track record of General Management and/or Business Leadership either within a Tier 1 Main Contractor or a Large Modular Buildings company who typically operate on Projects ranging between £2,500,000 and £30,000,000 across the UK & Ireland. The company require applicants who can lead a team, are self-motivated, have a broad range of skills across Operations, Commercial, Business Development and People Matters. They also want candidates who are articulate, hungry, strategic, and independent.
