Scrum Master, Implementation project, permanent, London Digital Skills are working with a high-profile consultancy based in Central London, who are working on a critical platform implementation project in the finance services sector. The client require a certified and experienced Scrum Master with great customer-lead design experience and experience in implementation of technical solutions. You will have a "servant-leader" approach, be a good problem-solver and experienced in agile techniques, as well as provide focus and direction for the team. Your experience as a Scrum Master should allow you to influence and get the most out of the team through coaching, but at the same time be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work in a fast-paced client-facing environment. This is a London-based role, with some limited flexibility for working from home for the right candidate. Required Skills: * Agile techniques experience, user- stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games * Great communication skills with external customers, Product Owner, Designers, BAs and other key stakeholders. * Proven history underpinning multiple-offshore development teams * Demonstrable experience of hands-on knowledge of Atlassian JIRA (generating reports, editing/setting up workflows, creating dashboards, sprint agile boards, feature boards, burn up / down charts etc) * Experience in Scrum of Scrums meetings. * A past of coaching internal teams. * Knowledge and experience of major platform implementation development life-cycle, CI (continuous integration), automated testing, issue management, code review and deployment practices. * Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving * A history of facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution * Ability to aid e with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information The client are a leader in both consulting and financial services technology. They are an international company with roughly 20,000 people globally; however they have a much smaller offering in the UK, making them look and feel like a mid-sized technology firm, with the infrastructure and resources of a global leader. You will be working alongside technical teams, working closely with both developers and customer facing teams, ensuring that the products and services are both fit for purpose and well aligned to requirements. This role requires an expert communicator who is able to talk tech and business. You will be working with internal teams, however will be required to meet clients from time to time.
