As such, they require a BI developer with experience in using Azure stack, ETL processes, data modelling and working with SMEs, to maximise the return on the client's data, technology and human assets through accurate and timely data driven decisions. The successful developer will design, test, build and maintain the BI platform for insurance, lead reporting, evolve the way data and insight can be delivered across the company, collaborate with the analytical community to improve business outcomes. Responsibilities: * Data modelling dimensional experience * Design, test, build & maintain BI platform for insurance * Lead the reporting, & evolve the ways insight & data are delivered across the company * Collaborate with the analytical community to improve business outcomes. * Consult where required in order to support other parts of the business * Implement best practice across the BI development cycle * Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. This role will suit an excellent communicator, a person with the ability to manage stakeholders as well as self-manage. You will be up to speed with technology in general and have experience in structured project methodologies.
