Job Description
We are hiring! Our client is a leading FM Service Provider that has a strong presence in the public sector, it operates in delivering FM services to schools, healthcare, universities, and central and local government contracts. It is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager for a healthcare site in North London. As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for a team of circa 30 people, this is made up of Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric Technicians. You will also have direct reports made up of Supervisors and Chargehands. It will be your role as Maintenance Manager to ensure that your team of 30 are delivering the planned and reactive maintenance to this busy healthcare site on time, to budget and to a consistent high standard. Your teams are split into day and shift engineers. Our client would like to employ someone who has a proven track record in a similar role and can lead, motivate, and inspire a sizable team within a high-pressured environment. The successful Maintenance Manager must come from an engineering background and have worked their way up off the tools, holding all relevant qualifications and accreditations within their sector. Our client is a keen promoter from within and will be looking to upskill the Maintenance Manager with a view to becoming the AP and RP for the site.
