Job Description
Aqumen Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful manufacturing business based in Rotherham, due to high levels of growth; our client requires production operatives on a long term basis. Main Responsibilities of this job are: · Repetitive lifting & assembly of plastic injected moulded products. · Adhere to the Quality procedures / processes for all products · Quality Checks on products, comparing to sample as per customers specification · House keeping · Assisting others · Achievement of production KPI's (Targets) · Maintain production speed levels · Follow the Safety, hygiene and environmental procedures on the site FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED VIA THE HIRER Please note this work is fast paced & repetitive Candidates should be able to show the following skills and abilities: · Previous production or warehouse experience · Experience of working under time pressures. · Excellent time keeping and attendance · Basic computer skills and IT knowledge to enable input data/ consumption · Be able to follow written and verbal instructions · Good level of written and verbal English. · Be able to work in a team environment · Willingness to learn. · Must be able to rotate on all 3 shifts · Looking for long term work Hours of work Monday to Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm 14:00pm - 22:00pm 22:00pm - 06:00am Candidates must be available for all 3 shifts on a rotating basis, they must be able to get to site for all shifts. Pay First 12 weeks is paid at £8.72 per hour, breaks are paid Overtime is paid at 1.5 Post 12 weeks you will receive pay parity which is currently £9.15 per hour basic hours and Overtime at 1.5 Aqumen Business Solutions is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
