Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Production Planner for well-established manufacturing business based in Rotherham. Our client is looking for a highly analytical individual who can coordinate and plan production plans against customer demand. Production Planner duties will include: -Coordinate and plan production plans against customer demand -Organise and produce raw material plans -Attend daily production meetings with production, shipping and sales to communicate any planning related issues -Create, analyse and review the daily and weekly capacity plans -Interact with Customer Services, Manufacturing, Material Control and Purchasing to balance supply and demand to the shipping department -Align supply and demand through initial rough cut capacity planning -Determine the production of short lead time orders To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: -2 years' experience in a production planning role -Effective and pro-active communication skills -High Volume Manufacturing - Demand Planning, Forecasting, Production Planning or Stock -Good knowledge of MRP/ERP -Proven experience in SAP would be highly advantageous Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
