Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a leading FMCG Manufacturing business based in Sheffield, who look to bring on board a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be a strong communicator, with excellent management experience. You will be able to identify new approaches and solutions to help improve efficiency and the effectiveness of the manufacturing process as the business grows. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a real change program within a hugely successful business. The Production Manager will play a key role in the business and will be responsible for: - Driving Continuous Improvement programs - Able to manage multiple projects at any one time - Be a good people manager and established leader - Resource all project requirements accordingly - Act as a mentor and show willingness to coach and develop the team through appropriate training workshops - Create and maintain reports, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and in line with Company policies/Health & Safety Act - Be an active part of the operational management team Key Skills/requirements: - A strong manufacturing background - Engineering qualification in mechanical and/or engineering related discipline - Qualification in Lean To apply for this position please send your application contact us for all enquiries.
