An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities supplier as a Procurement and Supply Chain Systems Administrator, our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Systems Administrator based in Coventry CV7 8PE, this is a full-time temporary contract of 40 hours per week, for a period of 4-6 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. This role is paying up paying £30529 per annum, pro rota. Job Purpose The supply chain systems administrator will have responsibility of providing system control and administration as well as support tasks and guidance for the supply chain team in relation to catalogue administration, infonet management, general system updates, communications & ad-hoc query management Key Accountabilities Working on a day to day basis with SAP and Achilles/Constructionline or other third-party suppliers that support the system activity in supply chain To manage the interface with SAP Ariba and the supplier to allow conduct catalogue upload and management, including setting up new catalogues, managing internal catalogue, testing & support. Responsible to be the interface between SAP Ariba and Legal to ensure that training guides, way to buy guides, buyer mapping (UNSPSC) are kept live and updated, minimising the disruption of change to the end user Responsible for SharePoint management & maintenance Responsible for resolving issues on roles/access & delegation/Delegation of authority/RACM (Roles and Controls Matrix) and conducting controls and management activities around it Responsible for the system management of supplier onboarding with questionnaire management, risk management, etc Responsible for working with the wider supply chain team and legal to create and update system templates, including continuous improvement and UCR16 and overarching Cadent policy updates Responsible to conduct credit card administration (setting up & codes) Responsible to be flexible to provide upstream support where required Ad hoc activities: MI reports, UNSPSC codes, Ariba network admin, understand of payment options, assisting in process improvement, assisting in risk management Keys Skills and Experience Super User for SAP Ariba and Strong understanding of Achilles / Constructionline Good IT skills and the ability to pick up system training easily Ability to build relationships and have strong communication skills Good analytical skills Ability to challenge and provoke questions/findings Good understanding of supply chain & procurement operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work to deadlines and experience of delivering to business requirements
