Job Description
Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Client Direct Waterloo 50K I can currently recruiting for a mechanical maintenance supervisor based in Waterloo. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in mechanical/plumbing, proven track record in commercial maintenance and supervisor experience. Sector: Entertainment Duties will include managing a team of 5 engineers and an admin support, help plan the PPM schedule using concept, making sure work is carried out and KPI's and SLA's are completed and updated on the concept cafm system, keeping records of holidays, overtime and general paper work for managing the engineers, making sure all sub-contractors are compliant with the rams system and H&S, making sure all water treatment logs are up to date, dealing with boilers, duck work, pipe work, generators, ahu's, fan coil and all mechanical/plumbing plant. You will also be hands on, as well as giving technical support to engineers, meeting with managers and general reports. Hours are based on 42 hours a week, mainly based on 8-5, but will have to do weekends and nights. Salary is 49,969.92 plus generous company benefits.
