Marketing ManagerHoniton 26k - 28k This is a newly created role working for a globally successful company who continue to go from strength to strength. This role of the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the aquatic, photography and retail parts of the company. You don't have to have formal qualifications but you should be able to talk passionately about the subject and have a real hunger and desire to learn more about it! However, if you can show some experience working in the area - so much the better! This job will see you take on full responsibility for developing the aquatic, photography and retail brands - that are already well established in the UK. As the company continues to grow in the UK and internationally you'll manage the rollout of the brand and consumer engagement there too. Australia and New Zealand will be first on the list. We are looking for someone who has experience of developing and rolling out a brand, visual identity, campaign management and engaging with customers. You'll have experience working with big brands, converting your audience into customers and working with external agencies. Responsibilities as Marketing Manager: This is an exciting and broad role - perfect for someone who can hit the ground running! Your responsibilities will include: * Leading on the company's brand retention campaign that will include the rollout of toolkits, guidelines and other material * Developing, leading and delivering innovative and exciting marketing campaigns that support growth * Making sure that the plans/business models are communicated and understood * Leading brand development internationally for these parts of the business.. You'll be the 'go to' person for brand advice and guidance * Contributing to the annual brand plan for the UK and international markets * Reporting on brand health and business KPIs both from a UK and global perspective * Budget management You'll also love nothing more than being an active member of a busy and buzzy marketing team and as such you'll like and enjoy contributing to the wider team's activities. What are we looking for in someone as the Marketing Manager? * A proven marketing manager with solid brand management experience, able to demonstrate successful marketing efforts to build consumer behaviour and drive positive business impact * Experience across a range of different channels that includes advertising, PR, graphic design, direct marketing, market research and branding * Someone who's digital literate and be at the forefront of understanding how the online world works to build brands and drive engagement * An excellent communicator with good coordination, planning and organisation skills * Someone with resilience who's solution orientated with a good sense of humour * A great writer who's also a confident presenter * A Full Clean Driving Licence You'll be working for an innovative, creative, highly successful and fast growing company.
