Our client is looking for Marketing Assistant

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Marketing/ Finance or a related fieldAt least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Administration/ Marketing

Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of market and consumer / shopper dynamics

Proven ability to manage and influence multiple activities across multiple stakeholders

English – Level /Operational: Can speak fluently and spontaneously.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Create requisitions using the procure to pay process in COUPA

Process invoices and purchase orders in accordance with the standards outlined in the company’s procurement process.

Track the expenditure of the Brand spend budget on a weekly basis through the monitoring of invoices and payments.

Analyse and collate information to produce value added reports that aid decision making.

Liaise with the Finance department to ensure that payments are made on time to suppliers.

Prepare and manage contracts for events/suppliers utilizing the Contact Management System

Provide support to the Department in liaising with suppliers to ensure that quotations, product/ service requisitions and invoices are delivered and addressed in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support departmental projects by communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Review and update warehouse brand marketing inventory

Ensure that low stock levels are flagged and addressed through associated product orders.
