Job Description
Our client is an established FM service provider, who are looking to recruit a maintenance plumber to work across the commercial portfolio in central London. This is a mobile position. As the maintenance plumber you will have your City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in plumbing as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Duties will include but are not limited to: pipe work copper and pvc, fault finding leaks, blockages, minor works, small repairs sinks, toilets, pans, tap's, washers, showers, baths, installations, minor projects, quoting for projects and installations, using PDA system and paper work · Salary - up to £37,000 · Call out · Company van · Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm · Overtime potential · Training As the maintenance plumber you will work across our client's commercial portfolio.
