Job Description

The Leadership & Development Team within Global Specialty Fulfillment is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for the creation and management of innovative and scalable Onboarding and Leadership Development programs for the GSF Leadership population in the EU and UK. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. This position will report to a Senior Program Manager, L&D who manages onboarding and training programs for Leaders in GSF. Responsibilities include partnering with NA teams to roll out standard onboarding programs in EU/UK, working with other teams on process optimization to make jobs more productive, safer, and producing higher quality output with easier to learn roles. This role will also include exploring new ways to leverage technologies to achieve learning outcomes for various learner populations across GSF. In this role, you will interact with senior leadership in Operations, Human Resources and other stakeholder teams in multiple geographies to design and manage foundational onboarding and development programs and strategy for GSF. The primary responsibilities include: - Build, execute, measure, and improve/simplify leadership onboarding programs in multiple GSF business lines. - Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs for leaders in GSF. - Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness. - Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network. - Partner with your internal peers and stakeholders to develop standardization, where applicable, across multiple GSF onboarding programs. - Create innovative training solutions that are utilized in multiple geographies and languages. - Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities - Work strategically with country and regional L&D and operations leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to localize training programs and work toward reducing / eliminating the need for training. - Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
