We are looking for an exceptional Finance Director to join our Sales Finance team to partner with the International theatre Sales leader and his team. Reporting to the VP of GTM Finance, this person will develop financial metrics and help drive operational processes that scale for Pure's growth in the fast growing international geographies. This is a highly visible position and will require you to have demonstrated a consistent record in business partnership and business analytics and the ability to tell a story through data. The role also requires a high level of cross-group collaboration, analytical skills, experience in influencing others and executive maturity skills. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and influence a core part of Pure's strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Drive Finance & Business Excellence * Establish and improve metrics and reporting with focus on data consistency and most impactful and actionable insights * Drive financial empowerment and accountability at multiple levels of management in the EMEA, APJ, and LATAM regions, and across all actionable investment areas * Challenge existing norms or courses of action, facilitating fully informed decision-making. Help institute balanced decision-making, driving the business to identify both risks and opportunities * Provide analytical support to Sales leadership and drive ad-hoc cross-functional projects * Grow the Business * Understand the story behind the numbers and translate this into forward-looking narratives and forecasts which align with underlying business and market insights * Identify and utilise the right data to help sales leaders see around corners and continue to grow the business with minimal disruption * Drive and influence deal structuring activities in partnership with sales teams * Provide economic and financial analysis to support in-country pricing strategies and investment decisions * Be responsible for understanding, forecasting and optimizing the core drivers of revenue in the various regions and countries * Cross-team Collaboration * Delivers Results through Teamwork: Work effectively across teams including field management, sales operations, and HR.
