Job Description

Split Day Maintenance Electrician My client is a leading M&E Maintenance Company. Due to a new contract win they are seeking a maintenance electrician to join the team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical with 17th or 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Commercial Office Maintenance Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, leds, strip, lighting installations, fault finding back to panels, riser inspections, fire alarm and emergency lighting test's, faulting finding on electrical faults, sockets and data points, plant checks on pumps, motors, basic ahu and fan coil maintenance, escorting sub-contractors, general paper work, working with the team and working with the client on a daily basis. Hours are 7-4 one week and 11-8 the other. Salary is 35K, with overtime and good company benefits and career advancement.
