Who you'll be working with Capgemini's financial services specialists provide a complete range of services to help our clients capture sustainable business results. Our Financial Services Strategic Business Unit is a global organization which focuses on key financial services domains: Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Payments & Cards, Wealth and Asset Management, and Risk Management & Compliance. In addition to these domain areas, we have global practices that are dedicated to building innovative solutions in the areas of Business Information Management, Channels, Finance Transformation, Technology Development & Integration, and Testing. The focus of your role Capgemini Financial Services is looking to recruit a Kibana Visualization Analyst for our Insights & Data Practice to work with our banking & insurance clients. In this role, you will use yoursubject matter expertise combined with a consultative approach to both build and maintain relationships with our clients. We'd particularly like to hear from you if you have some experience working with data analytics within Insurance, Capital Markets or banking industry. All our roles are permanent, full-time positions, based in London where travel will be expected. What you'll do - Act as the Kibana Visualization SME for all core data reporting and analytics development projects - Discussing the business requirements with the clients and transforming them to the insightful dashboards - Work with onshore and offshore developers - Follow-up and co-ordinate the development tasks - Facilitate good communication with the stakeholders - Contribute to the implementation of improvements to the BI systems What you'll bring - Experience of technical solution design - Experience of leading team of developers - Basic understanding of ELK stack - Basic understanding of BDD - Basic understanding of javascript - Development using react framework - Hands on experience with Java Maven project - team code collaboration & version control tools (github) - Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD etc.) - Flexible and ready to learn new technologies - Good communication skills - Good stakeholder maangement skills GOOD TO HAVE: - Test automation frameworks for BDD (jave selenium, cucumber, jmeter) - Agile workflow tools (e.g. agile central , jira) - Collaborative documentation tools (e.g. confluence) - DevOps automation tools (e.g. jenkins) - Basic understanding of MQ and Kafka Why we're different At Capgemini, we help organisations across the world become more agile, more competitive and more successful.
