Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an L&D Coordinator to work on behalf of our client Gov Facility Services Ltd. The L&D Coordinator will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of L&D activities and projects. These will include: training administration, performance development scheme arrangements, supporting the provision of management information and budget tracking. Duties include but aren't limited to; * Keep all delegates informed of their expected attendance at internal and external training courses and organise their timetables. * Support the L&D team with the administration in compiling and maintaining the national TNA and talent tools. * Plan, organise, communicate and coordinate learning and development activities across the business, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives. * Work with the L&D team to collate and analyse workshop evaluation information following deliver of training * Organise the production, maintenance and distribution of all the Learning and Development tools. * Take responsibility for the coordination and organisation of learning lunches * Organise workshop venues and assist employees with travel arrangements where necessary. * Support the L&D Business Partner in maintaining a clear TNA * Support the HR team in the communication and deliver of annual appraisals which then filter into the TNA * Where required, support the L&D Business Partner in the delivery and evaluation of appropriate L&D interventions across the business for managers and teams. * Work with the L&D Business Partner to evaluate L&D programmes against agreed KPIs supporting any action to improve quality where appropriate. * Support the HR team in the coordination of the succession planning process, ensuring the succession plans are robust, organic and fulfil the current and future needs of the business. To be able to work with our client, you must be able to pass the standard security vetting process for the establishment. This will include a criminal records check (Standard DBS).
