Environmental Challenges:: Current transformation of ATA requires a significant management support function to carry out the day-to-day activities including client, product and process delivery oversight. Indeed, such is the current burden of BAU vs Transformation that much delivery is either rushed or edited personally by the Head of ATA, which dilutes effort on transformation and strategic activities. This impact is significant and impacting core strategic delivery. Job Requirement: ATA Strategic Transformation. Drive Organisation transformation including but not limited to engineering gearing, location strategy, organisation health and charging for Technology consulting services and bespoke deployment. Oversight & Controls. Ensuring the BAU and transformational products of the ATA group are tracked and delivered in a timely manner to key stakeholders in line with standards expected from a high performing team. Quality Assurance of major products, including the co-ordinating, collating and reviewing of materials to meeprocess and quality standards. This could include strategy documentation as well as steering committee packs, roadmap progress, major accomplishments, MBR material and ExCo updates, all of which are currently drafted/ reviewed by the Group CIO. Strategic Guidance (keeper of the strategy) for strategic roadmap and vision of the ATA group, together with the delivery of our strategic commitments to business partners. This is particularly important around the migration off legacy technology and bespoke technology solutions. Communications. Responsible for high level communications, transparency and material awareness to ensure improved efficiencies in presentation of group strategy, services and transformation. Employee Engagement. Ensure the ATA group is well informed and regularly updated by the ATA Leadership team via any appropriate mechanism. Ensure ATA top latent is given opportunities to grown and be visible and are considered for any new major opportunities within ATA and ASET Requirements: Qualifications, Experience and Training (or equivalent qualifiers): Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Some experience of technology in an established financial services or investment management organization or at a top tier accountancy firm with a specialization in financial industry engagements is beneficial. MBA (or equivalent) and management experience. [preferred]. Key Job Skill set: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem solving and analytical abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills and sound knowledge of the technology business areas within the team's portfolio.
