Chef de Partie for a luxury Hotel - Durham Our Client: * Luxury Hotel * Stunning surrounding and a hotel you will be proud to work at * World class training & personal development programs that will accelerate your career Salary and benefits: * Salary £24,000 + service * 4 days on/3 days off * 4 weeks holiday * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme * Excellent training opportunities The Individual: * This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated CDP that has previous experience within 4/5 Star hotels and/or Rosetted kitchens that is looking for a new and exciting role within one of the most iconic hotels within the UK. * The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high standards within a high-volume establishment. * Ideally you will have experience in training of junior chefs to help improve their techniques Responsibilities: * Maintaining the 5 Star standards that have been set. * Ensuring all food going in and out of your section are to the highest of standard and overseeing junior colleague's sections. * Training of the Demi and Commis Chefs. * Assistant Head Chef with the movements of stock and making sure all stock for your section is ordered and to a high standard.
