Partner Development Manager with demonstrated experience building relationships and recruiting channel sales partners to maximize product sales within their region. Our Partner Development Managers work to identify new business opportunities and provide insight into how Barracuda MSP can help partners succeed and grow their businesses. Responsibilities: * Exceed sales targets to bring on new Barracuda MSP partners * Clearly articulate how Barracuda MSP can increase revenue and profit for our channel partners * Proactively assess, validate and respond to partner needs on an ongoing basis * Articulate the value of our full platform and services to our partners * Identify and develop successful opportunities alongside partners to grow new business * Coordinate communication between channel partners, sales engineers and sales organization Requirements: * 1-3 years of proven technology sales success * Experience recruiting and selling to MSP/VAR channel * Team player, high energy, positive attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Strong written and communication skills * A strong understanding of storage and/or Security across six threat vectors, email, users, remote users, networks, applications. * Excellent organisation skills and desire to deliver an outstanding service to our partners * Language skills: knowledge of any of the Nordic languages of advantage * Experience in the Managed IT Services Channel market would be beneficial * Experience with automation, ticketing and/or professional services tools/technology would be advantageous * Comfortable competing against multiple competitors * Knowledge of computer applications, Salesforce.com and common operating systems * University degree or relevant education preferred The compensation is composed of base salary plus commission.
