Our key commercial and go to market segment is in financial services, primarily mortgage lenders including 13 of the top 15 mortgage providers, public sector, real estate investors, developers, and real estate professionals. Working to the VP Commercial, this role is the first point of contact for developing powerful, pervasive partnerships that drive both immediate direct business growth, provide support to the broader commercial team and enhance Hometracks longer term strategy of becoming the pre-eminent provider of broader Property Data Solutions. Acting to enable all aspects of the commercial this role will both drive direct revenue contributions and advise/develop our overall Partner Strategy across a range of partnership types including: * Mortgage platform providers * Embedded data relationships * Digital delivery platforms * Value Added Resellers * Adjacent service and market providers The right candidate will need to act as a safe pair of hands in delivering a trusted, accurate, and consistent partner experience and will understand how to create a mutual win for both parties in a scalable and flexible manner within both existing core markets and new market opportunities. This is a crucial role within the Commercial team and requires both an exceptional team player and the personal drive, autonomy to lead the way, reinforced with excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role and experience of working in a corporate environment * Understanding of the full Partner lifecycle in a relevant (rich data and SAAS/API based software) environment. * Prove ability to work direct with Partners and alongside the Sales and Account Management team * Innovative, entrepreneurial spirit and drive * Structured, reliable forecasting and monitoring coupled with a strong understanding of relevant contractual structures and strong commercial acumen. * Communicate effectively with internal & external customers; maintain solid partner, client and team relationships to providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. * A drive to learn and understand, keeping up to date in terms of industry and marketplace knowledge Essential Skills: * Understanding of the Financial Services marketplace (particularly banking), ideally including both B2B and (ideally) consumer propositions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organisation * Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Works well independently and in a team environment but self-driven to achieve personal targets, with a positive and pro-active attitude * Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and engaging constructively in team meetings with ideas to deliver success * Demonstrating agility to juggle multiple tasks and rapidly adapting in our evolving business environment * Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Desired Skills * Knowledge of the Mortgage, Valuation and Conveyancing Process * Knowledge of Real Estate and Developer Markets * Proficient in Power Bi and Salesforce Benefits * 25 days annual leave * Birthday and house move days off * Private health and dental * Gym on site in London or membership in regional offices * Up to 7.5% pension contribution by the company * Free breakfast and afternoon snacks * Friday evening drinks * Discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of base salary * Training and development programs * Talent referral bonus up to 5K * In house massage / nail treatments available
