About you: The Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for leading wound / pressure care management across BHFT. He/She will be an expert resource for community staff, community hospital and general practice staff. They will ensure the delivery of evidence-based care in relation to all aspects of Tissue Viability including leg ulcer management. He/She will also improve and maintain standards of patient care through the implementation and continuous evaluation of quality improvement initiatives. What's next?
