CYPF Hub Manager We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible manager who loves a challenge to take on this exciting role working alongside our existing CYPF Hub Manager to develop and deliver high quality, timely, efficient and effective front door services for our CYPF Hub and specialist CAMHS. About you: We are looking for an innovative and experienced CAMHS Manager to join our enthusiastic and forward thinking CAMHS service to provide leadership and management to our developing integrated Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) Hub. Working collaboratively with the existing CYPF Hub Manager, the Head of CAMHS, Heads of Community CYPF Services and CYPF services leads, your role will be to lead the CAMHS CPE team to enable the delivery of safe, effective, efficient and timely triage, screening and assessment of children and young people referred to the service. You will also take a lead on the development and improvement of the range of support services currently centralised within the CYPF Hub, including but not exclusive to, the advice and consultation function, integrated CYPF digital services including the online resource and the developing on-line support networks. You will be responsible for the operational management of the CYPF Hub and CAMHS Common Point of Entry (CPE) team, providing clear leadership and ensuring delivery against performance goals. You will provide proven leadership and expert advice to enable delivery of high standards of care and a quality, patient-centred service with an ethos of continuous quality improvement. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work autonomously at pace; be effective in managing your time, workload and priorities and be highly analytical and confident to challenge, while building excellent working relationships that quickly enable you to become a trusted and credible leader across all staff groups. Not only will you be working toward objectives and targets to ensure these are achieved as determined by National, Trust and Divisional standards, you will need to ensure you are motivated by your drive to deliver the highest quality care while ensuring the best possible patient experience.
