Job Description
We are currently looking for an outstanding Registered Nurse with experience of leading/managing a team, to join as the Lead Nurse of a brand new specialist mental health service for adults based in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who has experience of leading/managing a clinical team and is looking to take on a new challenge and help build an outstanding service for a brand new 20 bed mental health service. This Lead Nurse role will have you being part of the Senior Leadership team and working closely with operational and medical colleagues. The role focuses on providing frontline clinical care to service users, including a thorough rehabilitation process. It is important that you have experience working in a challenging mental health setting.
