Job Description: Who is my manager? VP Operations and Delivery What are my accountabilities? + Responsibility for providing operation support to the Global Commercial Partnership team who are based in HK, Tokyo and London. + Support Partners Onboarding from Customer Journey definition and implementation to ensure post sale processes are in place. + Lead Conversations with Clients and recommend to Clients most applicable customer journey. Work closely with Technology teams to deliver on said journey + Support VP of Sales Operations to deliver against PLS (Partnership Platform) to support Clients on subscription deployment + Oversee Auditing Process for content distribution with partners. Deliver on existing process to ensure partners are using content within contractual obligations, escalate when necessary. Support VP of Ops in delivery on WSJ ethic guidelines + Manage Salesforce Administration working with sales and SF administration functions in the US to ensure we are best leveraging the tool + Oversee Reporting processes to ensure we are communicating effectively and compliantly with PWC and financial teams + Work closely with the Customer Engine team to ensure reporting needs for the Commercial Partnerships team are being met + Working with the current processes in place within the teams and reviewing ways of improving them. Be Proactive with VP Ops and Delivery and Sales Director to identify improvements to ways of working What do you need from me? + Ability to handle a busy workload in a calm and professional manner being Proactive/Solution oriented + Excellent Interpersonal skills - ability to interact with variety of different personalities, not afraid to challenge for follow up information - Both written and verbal + Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly + Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft office working knowledge + Knowledge of CRM system would be advantageous preferably Salesforce + Ability to be able to build relationships both internally and externally + Self-motivated , trustworthy and builds confidence + Knowledge and interest in the financial markets desirable Dow Jones , Making Careers Newsworthy All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
