We're currently looking for an Analytics Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining WhiteHats internal data analytics tools. This is a critical role as our growing team requires seamless access to internal data and insights. The role will be within the Data & Insights team. You will need to be analytical, creative and collaborative, with high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Analytics Tool Development * Design, build and maintain analytics tools using Tableau * Work with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their analytics needs Analytics Platform Administration * Administer WhitHats Tableau Server environment * Oversee governance of WhiteHats analytics tools and data sources - including standardisation, curation, permissions and authentication * Liaise with technical partners on underlying server maintenance and management Data Warehouse Maintenance * Develop Postgres SQL views based on analytics needs * Monitor database performance and optimise views as needed * Liaise with technical partners on underlying database maintenance and management Requirements * Experience developing complex analytics tools using Tableau Desktop * Experience administering a Tableau server or online site * Good working knowledge of PostgresSQL Desirable * Experience preparing data sources for Tableau via Tableau Prep or Alteryx * Familiarity with handling data within education and/or skills sector Benefits Our social mission is at the heart of our business so if doing good is as important as building a commercial business to you, you will find WhiteHat incredibly rewarding.
