Overview

Job Description

At Cutover, we're focused on building a cutting edge software platform to help Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence. We've come a long way in a short space of time: more than doubling our global team to 80+ people, bringing on board multiple top-tier Enterprise clients (including some of the world's largest Financial Services institutions), and having Index Ventures lead our recent $17m Series A round all in the past 12 months. What's even more exciting to us, is that our Cutover journey is just getting started... We're scaling our Marketing organisation in a big way in 2020 and we're excited to open the search for a marketing leader to join us as our Director, Marketing Operations and Productivity. This cross-functional role reports to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be focused on empowering our global marketing team to drive high performance results. We see this position as a true growth-driver within our business, with a remit spanning from the tactical to the strategic. We're excited for the talented person in this leading role to collaborate closely with marketing, sales and technical stakeholders to build scalable processes and programs to accelerate our marketing team and Cutover as a whole. What will you be doing as our Director, Marketing Operations & Productivity? * Working with our CMO to develop a best-in-class operations strategy that supports Marketing's performance goals and executing on that strategy across multiple channels. * Partnering with marketers to help them build and run campaigns (emails, nurture streams, events, webinars, digital programs, ABM programs, partner marketing programs). Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in campaign execution. * Ensuring that no lead is left behind: together with the Revenue Operations team, establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead management, including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales. * Leading the Marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including regular marketing metrics reviews to drive optimisation and positive ROI. * Creating and maintaining regional dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact. * Partnering with the Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to forecast quarterly pipeline and MQL goals to determine monthly and quarterly targets for the business to reach its goals. * Identifying, designing and executing new processes that enable marketers to be more effective in their day to day work, including executional excellence, overall efficiency and measurement. * Analysing program performance and sales data to identify high-propensity markets/segments and make recommendations for key targets/programs. * Collaborating with the Revenue and Business Operations teams to manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database, including compliance, tracking, enrichment, audience builds and regional targeting/segmentation. * Partnering with IT to identify, evaluate, implement and enable marketers with tools & technology to improve and optimise the marketing team performance. What would we like you to bring to the table for this role? * You have strong experience in marketing / operations / analytics / business operations roles, ideally in a SaaS environment (we're thinking that you're likely to have been doing what you do for 8+ years, but we're not fixed to that number). * You have a truly deep understanding of marketing technology: marketing automation (Hubspot preferred), Salesforce.com, CMS, Google Analytics, ABM platforms (Terminus a plus) and integrating those systems with other technologies. * You have proven experience managing Marketing Operations processes, including lead management, database management, segmentation, field mapping, data enrichment and budget management. * You know how to build strong, collaborative relationships with Revenue Operations and marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns. * You have strong analytical skills and love working with data. * You're able and excited to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment (things are busy here in scale-up world!) and you understand the importance of great communication (both written and verbal), especially in today's remote-driven culture.
